It does everything they said it will do. I am 70 years old and I am having a great time with it.

I have to agree with others that this is well made. . Lightweight enough for me to lift it into my car and easy to fold. I didn’t expect a locking brake or the ease of acceleration.
The handling is great and feels stable and goes faster than I need. Yes, the seat is comfortable too. They also included a cloth basket. It is a great product and I can finally keep up with friends and family on those long walks!

We purchased this for my husband as he has developed mobility issues. Taking it on a trip to see our grandchildren in California. Does anyone know where the serial number is on the scooter? We can’t find it.

It’s exactly like what was shown.

I have had the ES31 and 32. I wasn’t able to take them on plane because they couldn’t see the battery! This is great. I have taken mine on cruise ships and will soon be flying with it! I love this. I may be old, but I look cool!

I love that this scooter doesn’t look like one of those slow supermarket ones. I ride mine when I have a meeting across my school campus. The display clearly shows how much battery power you have left. I haven’t ridden this on its highest speed very often—I find gears 1 or 2 to be adequate for my needs.
The trike folds up easily, but at about 35 pounds, it’s a bit much for me to load into the car by myself. Aside from that, I highly recommend!

First test ride ; TopMate E35, August 8 2024, Indy, Indiana. 5 foot 11 inches 155 lbs, 60 year old Life long Motorcyclist.
From unboxing, i could tell in had very good engineering, programming and machining work! The fit & finish are spot on! Very good attention to detail. The first test was a smashing success! Smoth curvy, hilly road, one mile route.
Very comfortable seat and spacious layout, I’m 5’11” 155 lbs. The 3 speed selector is perfect. It’s plenty fast enough, for me. Turns well, go slowly and don’t forget to lean into the turn. The brakes work just fine, no problem stopping on a dime. It came with a basket for stuff, and a headlight/horn I was not expecting. I would definitely recommend, would buy again and have no buyers remorse. Price seems right for the quality. This little Trike ROCKS! I’ll be back with more information,and in depth review after I get more seat time. Be safe wear a helmet and gloves!
I’m back! I have had my ES35 for over 2 weeks now, i have no idea how many miles ,more on that later, it doesn’t have an odometer my first impression was spot on. Now for a few nit-pics. The seat is way to wobbly, needs stiffer springs and denser foam padding. Long rides are painful on the bum. I’m going to replace it with a nice stiff and firm unit. Front brake lever should be on the right side, motorcycle style. Needs a parking brake!! Needs a parking brake very badly!!!. I will trash ben the hand grips when I figure out how they come off. Regular motorcycle grips are cheap and come in tons of colors and styles. The light works fine, but it’s not to bright but the mount is rubbish. The battery lasts as advertised no complaints on that. For some reason the speedometer ,mph, that was correct for a few miles, switched itself to kph? No buttons to change it back The Trike is fast! Price is worth the $$, having mobiley back priceless. Peace ✌️ out for now

I bought the ES32 last year and have generally liked the electric trike; it had major limitations, and I wrote about that in a prior product review! The company has responded and released this updated trike! I just received it in great shape within only 7-10 days after I ordered it! The unit is much improved, and the instructions (and online video) have improved greatly, esp. assembly of the seat! The noticeable improvements include a removable battery, which is a game changer as it allows gate checking and air travel now; the battery is the same as prior version (36 v 7.5-amp-hr) but is enclosed in a sleek removable chassis for charging either on the trike or off the trike (which is more convenient) and allows the option for carrying a second battery for increasing the range. A second improvement is a simple latch at the base of the trike to allow the collapsed trike to stay closed, which makes rolling it a lot easier as a “suitcase” for storage etc. The prior version had a dysfunctional latch option that worked poorly so I adapted a Velcro strap which was clumsy! This is aesthetically better! Finally, the seat is a bit larger and cushier and the mechanism to lower the seat is more robust and reliable (just works better!) I have not yet taken it for a ride but I am quite familiar with the ES 32 and I expect it to be exactly the same. Is there room for additional enhancements? Of course, The portable headlight provided is too large and awkward! There is no reason one can’t be built-in! Also, the current digital display does not keep cumulative mileage and zeroes out each time the key is turned off. By the way, they provide 2 separate keys, one to lock and remove the battery and a separate one for the key start, could they make it the same key for convenience? They should create a mechanism so the brake can be set while stopped. Also, it would be great if they can offer several battery options: say one that is 15 amp hrs for extended range? Overall, the ES 35 is much better and travels well! Thanks, Topmate for responding to user complaints!
Have been using the ES35 for several weeks now, performs as expected based on previous experience with ES32; the folding mechanism stays folded and is a major improvement! the removable battery is designed well (i bought a backup);

It’s light and compact, with the rear axel removed it even fits in the trunk of my Jaguar XKR convertible
