Didn’t have a problem with stability. Tested it for my tiny aunt here on the streets of downtown hilo. Handlednjuat fine on multiple sidewalk entrance sections that are slightly angled. Even went down a gravel construction road fine by accident. However, I could see how it could be a problem if one is heavy. I’m 5’3″ and 130 lbs. My aunt is way tinier so I think she’ll be fine. Bought this in hopes she’ll enjoy her visit to big island and be able to cruise thru parts of volcano national park…how it does with lava, I’ll let y’all know when we cross that bridge.
But, yay, it’s zippy, very compact to being around eating establishments and did not lose power for the 3.5 miles I’ve driven so far theu hilo, hawaii! Compact enough for a populated farmer’s market navigation too! Glad I had the funds to get this. Although I wonder how ill get replacement tires down the line.
Definitely recommend. I’ll update how far it gets mile wise when I reach that point in trying out aunty’s mobility device.

I’ve had the pleasure of two,of these. I feel like a spokesperson for the brand! I have osteoporosis and need to get my dog walked even when I can not walk far currently on my own. I use it on errands, pulling the shopping cart behind me. This is an incredible little machine.
However the battery does not come off. If the battery were detachable airplane use would be easier.
I was stopped at the gate and they kept the Topmate until my return.
The new one is larger, weighs more, has three tires to take care of….it helps when you buy it, take it down to the bike shop and have them slime the inside of the inner tubes to prevent holes.
I’ve loaned it out, but it doesn’t come back in exactly the same shape sooooooo, learned that lesson.
All in all, if you want one for fun, or need one like I do, it’s a remarkable buy!
I have one now for my cabin and one for my home.

Wow- i have the ES31 but tge ES32 is awesome . It ha a button to reverse out of the elevator oh yea!!!! I ordered it as soon as it came out but it was stolen so I waited and ordered it again. I’m so happy I was persistent!!!

The scooter has air filled tires which is better than the previous version that had some sort of rubber filled tire. Good durability and great as a commuter cycle

I use this scooter to ride from university housing to classes. It fits perfectly for this purpose and here is why:
1) Unlike when on the bike I can avoid going on public streets and use pedestrian walkway. Not only it is safer, it also helps to avoid these annoying traffic lights.
2) I can ride on it in the most crowded parts of campus where bicycles are prohibited. Because that is not a bicycle.
3) My university has electric scooter charging stations in several places on campus, which means that I do not worry about fully discharging this scooter.

It arrived on time and in excellent condition. It was easy to put together and it didn’t take long to do it. I enjoy riding it and so does my roommate. I haven’t taken it outside yet because of the weather. I plan to as soon as it is nice. My grandson has rode this and he loves it. He plans on coming over on spring break to ride it around. I would buy it again. My room mate wants one now.

Buscaba un patinete para mi mujer y este me resultó ideal, ya compré uno parecido hace unos meses y yo lo uso mucho y le he comprado este para ir a pasear juntos, se monta de manera muy sencilla lo que es un punto positivo para todos aquellos que no son manitas, además puedes regular la altura del manillar. Use it for commuting to work in town, love it. Perfect for short trips, running to the store. Easy to get on and off, no raising leg over the frame. VERY easy to unpack and put together, all tools included.

The scooter is good, everything is good. The only thing that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5 stars was that Topmate chose the wrong shipper.
It took me a month to receive my scooter! After I placed the order and paid, Topmate placed the order and shipped it, but UPS showed that the logistics has not been updated! 20 days! This is not the first time this has happened. Have bought other things before (UPS is responsible for delivery). UPS does not scan after receiving the package. Scanning takes a long time! As a result, I received the goods very late! This makes me very disappointed!
But except for transportation, the scooters are good, easy to install, and run smoothly. For the scooter, I will give it five stars!

We love this high quality compact foldable scooter. Helps my wife a lot. It is stable enough for its size but you do have to be carefull. Strong smooth motor. Battery seems as advertised. No real carrying capacity it is personal transportation.

I Use it for when i need to be on my feet (airports, malls, sporting events). Gets me out and about and keeps me active. Lost use of one lung in a war and i get winded. Now i take the same “space” in a crowd as i would standing but your just shorter and just as quick to swerve in the crowd or wait in the line. I did make a modification after reading the FAA rules and regulations. I put a small bag on the front and put the battery in it. (yes, i had a plug connector added and made the battery outside the tube). THEN i meet the FAA requirements to ride it all the way to the airplane. Yep, right up to the planes door. THEN i unhook the little bag/lithium battery and carry it inside to my seat. The folded trike goes with the baby strollers all folded up to the luggage area. When i de-plane then i get it right there on the walkway-Gate, to plug in my battery and use thru the airport. Its a small modification but then meets the Airline/FAA requirements that Lithium batteries be carried by the person and not be in cargo bay.

My daughter racing her Dad who was on a bike. My daughter was a recent amputee and loved the mobility of this trike. It bought the family again so we can ride like we use to! As a bonus she enjoyed the speed to. We received tons of inquiries about this fascinating trike.

Extremely impressed with this scooter! We purchased this for my 10yo who has Cerebral Palsy. He hates using wheelchairs or walkers because he doesn’t like the way people treat him for having to use those types of mobility aids. However this was so cool to him!
I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s “lightweight”, but it’s definitely compact and perfect for flights and other means of travel.

Light-weight, foldable, people mover. Quality and finish are very good. I wanted the one with bigger 12″ wheels but that model is not available. Not sure of technicalities of the design, but distance between back wheels could be wider for safety. Insufficient motor torque for even a slight uphill climbing. However, it takes my sorry 76 yo azz around the block (hard, flat and reasonably smooth surface) while walking my (also senior) dogs. Good enough for government work; Mickey likes it!

I had bought this for a vacation I was going on with my Fiance, and with having back issues that would not allow me to walk all that much worked out beautifully! Not only is it TSA approved but folds up so nicely and is very compact. I received so many complaints at the airport and any where I went with it, even got stopped to ask where did I purchase it and how can they get there hands on one. Best purchase I did for myself. One thing about the bike is that when folding it the strap it comes with doesn’t hold it together all that well. You can purchase something better that will hold it closed. Other then that I have no complaints.
